ShowLift

refund policy

Refund Eligibility

Service Delivery Issues: If ShowLift fails to deliver the services as promised, including but not limited to event cancellations, technical failures, or service disruptions, clients may request a full or partial refund. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the specific circumstances.

Satisfaction Guarantee: While refunds are generally not issued for dissatisfaction with the event's outcome (since event success can depend on various factors, including client input and external conditions), ShowLift is committed to client satisfaction. We may offer compensatory services or partial refunds where appropriate.

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: Clients must submit a refund request in writing within 14 days of the event’s conclusion or service delivery. The request should clearly outline the reasons for dissatisfaction or failure in service delivery.

Refund Timing: Once a refund is approved, clients can expect to receive their refund within 14 business days, processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Non-refundable Charges

Non-refundable Fees: Certain charges, such as booking fees, third-party vendor deposits (e.g., venue, equipment), and other pre-paid costs that ShowLift incurs, may not be refundable. These will be communicated to clients upfront during the booking process.

Force Majeure Events: If an event is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., acts of nature, political instability, etc.), ShowLift is not liable for refunding costs that have already been expended to external vendors or other third parties.

General Terms

Force Majeure: Neither party will be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or major public events. If such a situation arises, ShowLift will work with clients to explore rescheduling or alternative solutions.

Changes to Policies: ShowLift reserves the right to amend or update these policies at any time. Clients will be notified in writing of any significant changes to our cancellation or refund terms.
