Cancellation Policy

Client-Requested Cancellations

Cancellation Notice: Clients wishing to cancel an event or service must notify us in writing via email or through our designated communication channels. The cancellation is considered official upon receipt of the written notice.

Cancellation Timeframes and Fees

More than 30 days before the event/service date: Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee to cover initial planning and consultation costs. 15 to 30 days before the event/service date: 50% refund of the total event fee. Less than 15 days before the event/service date: No refund will be issued, as a significant amount of work has likely been completed, including securing vendors, venues, and other resources. Rescheduling Option: If you need to reschedule your event rather than cancel it, we can assist with this, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with more than 30 days’ notice may be subject to a small administrative fee.

Cancellations by ShowLift

Unforeseen Circumstances: In the unlikely event that ShowLift must cancel or reschedule an event due to factors outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or significant logistical failures), clients will be notified immediately. We will either offer a full refund or work with the client to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date.

Changes to Policies: ShowLift reserves the right to amend or update these policies at any time. Clients will be notified in writing of any significant changes to our cancellation or refund terms.
